I Realized After A Couple Of Weeks That I Just Don't Have The Time To Workout At Least 5 Times A Week Or So, Do To Work And Family Responsibilities.

I've found while on a severe deficit that 10 quality reps are the right amount of work for maintaining and improving strength, so from experience i can see where dan has got it right.
